Staying hydrated is one of the most important things for me, and so should be for any surfer in the world.
As a professional surfer, you are doing 3-4 hour sessions without being able to drink anything in between, so having a fast absorption and restoring my electrolyte levels as quickly as possible to make sure I can keep pushing my limits, performing to my fullest and taking the best care of my body is really vital.


I was blown away when I was introduced to the concept of Hydraid, there is so much science and studies behind the product that I just had to try it!
After the very first sip I took I was completely sold! Every single flavour tastes incredible, a super natural and refreshing feeling, and I could almost immediately feel the impact it was having in my body after a surf session.
